Healthcare professionals may be required to complete identity and professional verification before becoming active on YCare.

Depending on the role, verification may include:

• Government-issued ID
• Nursing Registration Certificate (where applicable)
• Student ID (for Student Nurses)
• Qualification Certificates
• Experience Documents (where applicable)

A Verified badge indicates that the submitted documents have been reviewed by YCare. Verification confirms document review only and does not guarantee clinical competence, service quality, professional suitability, or future performance.

Transparent Matching

YCare is a healthcare matching platform, not a healthcare provider, employer, or staffing agency.

We help families and healthcare organizations connect with verified healthcare professionals. Before confirming a booking, you can review the professional's profile, qualifications, experience, and verification status to make an informed decision.

Payments

Payments for healthcare services are made directly between the employer and the healthcare professional using their preferred payment method, such as Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer.

YCare does not collect or process payments. If any platform fee is introduced in the future, it will be communicated clearly before the booking is confirmed.

Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe, professional, and respectful community, all users are expected to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain honest and authentic profiles.
• Treat others with respect and professionalism.
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, or fraudulent activity.
• Refrain from sharing false or misleading information.
• Use the platform lawfully and responsibly.

Accounts that violate these guidelines may be suspended or removed.

If you encounter suspicious activity, fake profiles, inappropriate behaviour, or have any safety concerns, please report them to our support team.
