YCare does not provide medical, nursing, caregiving, or healthcare services directly, and is not the employer of healthcare professionals using the platform.

User Responsibilities

By using YCare, you agree to:

• Use the platform lawfully and responsibly.
• Treat other users with respect and professionalism.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Not misuse, copy, or attempt to interfere with the platform or its services.

Healthcare Professional Responsibilities

Healthcare professionals are responsible for ensuring that all qualifications, registrations, certifications, licenses, experience, and profile information are accurate, complete, and up to date.

Professionals are solely responsible for the services they provide through connections made on YCare.

Employer Responsibilities

Families and healthcare organizations are responsible for reviewing professional profiles and determining whether a healthcare professional is suitable for their specific requirements before engaging their services.

Verification

Where applicable, YCare may verify identity documents and professional credentials.

A Verified badge indicates that submitted documents have been reviewed by YCare. It does not guarantee clinical competence, service quality, or future performance.

Payments

YCare may charge platform fees, Booking Pass fees, or other applicable charges for certain services. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before use.

Unless otherwise stated, payment arrangements between employers and healthcare professionals are made directly between the parties.

Limitation of Liability

YCare facilitates introductions between users but does not guarantee:

• Employment or engagement
• Availability of professionals
• Booking outcomes
• Healthcare outcomes
• Service quality

Users are responsible for their own decisions when hiring or providing services through the platform.

Account Suspension

YCare reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms
• Provides false or misleading information
• Misuses the platform
• Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of YCare after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
